1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and billing information. When you connect a WooCommerce store, we access your WooCommerce order data (order amounts, dates, costs) via the WooCommerce REST API using credentials you provide. We do not store your customers’ personal data.

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the ecomPL service — calculating profit & loss, syncing order history, and generating reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely on our servers. WooCommerce order data is stored in your ecomPL account database and is accessible only to you. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account and all associated data, or update your information at any time from your Account Settings page.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
